Once we have received your enrollment, we will confirm it within 48 hours.

To fill-out the enrollment form:

• Please use capitals and correct spelling
• Please fill-out the form as completely as possible

 

VISA - INFORMATION

If you need to apply for a visa to be able to enroll on an English language course, you should contact the corresponding Embassy or Consulate. They will inform you about the requirements you have to meet.

In some countries you will be requested to prove that you already have knowledge of English. BYou are also requested to pay the entire language course(s) in advance. If a visa is granted, you will have to attend classes regularly. Please note that you have to sign up for at least 20 hours per week.

One of the many requirements for the granting of a student visa is the school enrollment confirmation. We will send you this confirmation upon receipt of your enrollment and payment.

4 steps:

• Contact the corresponding Embassy, by phone or e-mail.
• Please fill in the enrollment form and send it to us

• Within 48 hours you will receive a provisional confirmation with the number of our bank account into which you must make the payment of your course.
• As soon as we receive payment, we will send you an official confirmation. With this confirmation you can request your visa at the embassy/consulate.

Please note:
You have to announce your enrolment at least 8 weeks before starting your language course.

Duration:

• 3-10 days until we receive your payment
• 5-14 days until you receive the confirmation by mail
• 2-8 weeks until you receive your visa

We cannot guarantee the granting of a student visa or influence the outcome or duration of your visa application. In case your visa is not granted, please send us a copy of the negative reply given by the Embassy. If you should not receive your visa, please send us the cancellation by fax and we will refund your payment minus 100 euro for administration costs.
